Empowering Men to Live Out Their True Identity

Men, our brains are a very powerful organ in our bodies. Our daily actions and reactions are both conscious and unconscious. Many times we don't understand why we respond the way we do and it feels difficult to change our behavior. In this group, together we will discover how our environment and experience shape our thoughts and emotions and how to better manage them.  In this 9-week support group, we will use Biblical truths and cutting-edge neuroscience to heal areas many of us never knew we needed.
